30-day returns
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Books must be in new, unused condition.
How to start a return
Email us at maria@accountingforgradeschoolers.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or wrong items
If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund including shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Digital downloads
Free downloadable practice sheets and exit tickets are not eligible for returns.
